My coach told me that we should have a rest day but not a couch potato kind of rest day but active rest day.
So today is my rest day and I want to post what I did during my active rest day
Without further ado, the menu for today is:
At-Home WOD #1
25 squats 5 push up
20 squats 10 push up
15 squats 15 push up
10 squats 20 push up
5 squats 25 push up
Total squats and push up: 75 each
