At-Home Workout/ At-Home WOD #2: Jelly Legs

Hey you guys!

So I could not go to the box today and decided to do at-home WOD. The box had front squat today so I also did squat. Well, air squat hahaha.

At-home WOD #2

100 air squats – for time

I did mine for 3 minutes 58 seconds, how about you? My legs are in jelly mode now especially after those 81 burpees yesterday!
