So after I went to the box today I still kinda have energy to do more exercises. At first I wanted to do 2 classes today but I needed to go to somewhere so I could only attend one.
Anyway, I decided to do some exercises at home. But I don’t really want to do a looong one because it’s late and I needed to sleep. Anyway here’s the WOD:
At-Home WOD #3
What does it mean?
You do 21 air squat and 21 push up, then 15 air squat and 15 push up and then 9 air squat and 9 push up. Don’t forget to use stopwatch so you know how long do you need to finish it. I did mine for 04:26.
So how was it? I am catching my breath now!
